Singles Weekends
Whether you enjoy being single or not, this is a weekend for anyone wanting more loving fun and a chance to discover the good
things in themselves and others, plus make new friends and maybe meet that special
someone.
The singles weekend is experiential in nature and you are free to choose what
activities to join. To get the most value from the weekend we hope you choose
to participate 100%. We have found that exploring and gently challenging old
patterns of behaviour lead to exciting new possibilities and a more fulfilling life.

In an atmosphere of friendly fun, the format for the weekend includes: small
group discussions, dance, games, sharing insights, discovering blocks to relationships
and how to overcome them, getting physically nurtured, meditations to relax,
energize and release stress, time to reflect and be with yourself, and a party on
Saturday night.
We aim for a gender balance at in the Singles Group, so you won't feel outnumbered
by too many women or men. Our experienced team and the Community are always on hand
to give support and help you have a great weekend.
So is the weekend for you? Well simply ask yourself if you'd like to:
Have more love and fulfilment in your life?
Get out there and have more fun?
Discover the secrets of what men /women really want in love, sex and relationships?
Know ways to flirt and get a date?
Learn how to express your disappointments, frustrations and anger in
life without hurting anyone?
Be with people who enjoy your company and share common interests?
Find intimacy with others on a very real level?
Be accepted for just being yourself?
Relax and enjoy walking in the beautiful surrounding countryside?
Enjoy delicious food in the friendly company of others?
Go to the best Saturday night party in town?
Feel nurtured and supported by others?
If you answered 'yes' to all or most of these, then this weekend is for you.

What to expect
We begin with dinner around 7pm on Friday night followed by an opening circle and
then hanging out time in the bar. On Saturday, there will be an optional meditation
for the early birds and then breakfast for everyone. Saturday is then a blend of
structured time and free time with the emphasis on free choice. Activities in the
structured time include connecting exercises, meditations and maybe some emotional
expression. The free time is up to you. We have our own Fields of Play to explore
and for the more adventurous, we are surrounded by the beautiful Dorset countryside.
Saturday evening is usually party time and Sunday morning is chill-out time.
