The Humaniversity Training (known worldwide as the
"Humaniversity Therapist Training") consists of nine weekend workshops over a nine
month period. These workshops will look at your life from every angle and support
you to create it just the way you want it.
The workshops are highly experiential. The emphasis is on
doing rather than thinking. We work a lot with feelings, accessing them and
releasing them. We help you get truly in your power, as a human being, as a man or
as a woman. We look at early childhood issues and childhood conditioning and help you
move beyond limitation and doubt. We work with intimacy and friendship. We give you
the power to be straight with yourself, and with others.
The workshops are not heavy! There is a party energy that
carries you through the whole weekend. There's a lot of dancing, connecting, sharing,
and opportunities for closeness. You'll make a lot of new friends.
This is a training for people who really want to make positive
change in their life, or who simply want more - more excitement, more friends, more
authenticity, more life.
All the group leaders are Humaniversity therapists and are
highly experienced. All have been through all the processes they now lead many times
and are committed to supporting you totally.
How does it work?
In the first year there are nine topic-centred weekend workshops
that deal clearly with life's key issues.
These are the groups for the year 2008-09:
Personal Power – who is in charge of my life?
Mama Papa – an understanding the early life issues which
help to create who I am.
Fresh Juice, Warm Heart – learning how to move out of
isolation and loneliness into togetherness and friendship.
Humaniversity Encounter – becoming straight with myself and others.
Humaniversity Flushing – a weekend working with this amazing emotional
release technique - a simple effective way to release stress and resolve
fears.
The Love Spirit – a weekend with Veeresh, the creator of the
Humaniversity - a chance to ask him questions, and to experience some of his
sessions that broaden self knowledge and self love.
Intimacy – a re-discovery of the sexual and intimate part of your
nature.
Bodywork & Self-healing – a time to get in tune with your body and its initate
self-healing qualities.
The Art of Relating & getting in touch with our own passion and enjoying
sharing with others.
The Second Year has the same group structure as year one,
except that you will participate this year in the role of caretaker and also attend
a Tutorial Weekend at the Osho Humaniversity in Holland + 6 Tutorial Days here at
Leela. In order to graduate to the
Second Year you must also complete the one month residential summer intensive called
the WOW in Holland.
The Third and Fourth Years happen at the Osho Humaniversity in
Holland
and consist of seminar-type workshops, some groups in which you participate, and
some groups in which you will assist the leaders and learn the art of group
organisation.

Pricing
First Year: £1950 tuition, including food and accommodation;
We offer a £100 discount for full payment before 1st September 2008. The tuition
may also be paid in two installments of £1000, paid before the 1st and 5th groups.
Second Year: As first year
plus £250 for the tutorial days and a payment to Humaniversity for the
Tutorial Weekend.
Student Discount: For years One and Two we offer a 20% discount off the
full year costs if you can demonstrate that you're under 25 and in full-time education.
Note that this does not apply to groups paid for individually.

Questions
What is the Osho Humaniversity?
The Osho Humaniversity is a centre in the north of Holland, a Therapeutic Community
dedicated to the fulfillment of human potential. It was set up over 25 years ago
by Denny Yuson-Sanchez, Veeresh, who still runs the centre.
Who is Veeresh?
Veeresh is the founder of the Osho Humaniversity, the director of the Therapist Training
and creator of the Aum Meditation. He has been working with people for more than 30
years. He pioneered the Drug Rehabilitation Programme in Holland in the 70's.
Since then he has developed Humaniversity Therapy, the basis of this programme.
How can I get a taste of the Training?
One of the biggest life-changing tools used in Humaniversity Training is the
AUM Meditation. The AUM is a two and a half hour interactive social meditation
that guides you through the whole spectrum of emotions and leaves you feeling
blissed out and alive! The AUM can be done in London and Brighton and provides a
great introduction to this work. Check

Do I have to sign up for the whole 9 months?
Many people sign up for 9 months as completing the nine workshops will give you a
complete experience. You also benefit from signing up for the full period as the
workshops are a group process and a deeper experience when you commit to doing them
with one group of people, your peers. However, it's also fine to do just one
workshop, to try the process out, because it covers an issue you feel is
specifically useful to you, or just because you fancy it.
Is it for therapists?
The Humaniversity Training was originally created as a training for people who wished
to become Humaniversity Therapists. However, many people who are not looking to
become therapists love to do the training or just come to workshops because they
can create such positive change in their lives. It is not at all a pre-requisite
that you want to become a therapist in order to do the training or any of the
groups.
When does it start?
You can join any time between September and January for that current year's training.
The first workshop is held in September.
Can I go deeper?
The complete Humaniversity Therapist Training actually lasts 4 years and so, if
you complete the nine workshops and are still turned on to do more, you can. The
First Year is done at Osho Leela and consists of the nine weekend workshops,
undertaken as a participant. In order to continue on to the Second Year it is first
necessary to complete the one month Summer residential, the WOW, at the Osho Humaniversity
in Holland. The Second Year of the 4 Year Therapist Training then consists of taking
a "caretaker" role at each of the nine workshops plus attending six Tutorial days at
Leela and a Tutorial weekend in Holland. In this year you will learn to support the
group process through taking on more responsibility in the workshops and gaining
theoretical understanding. Years Three and Four consist of experiential workshops
and Tutorials in Holland, plus assisting workshops in Holland and at Osho Leela.
Entry into Third and Fourth Years in subject to completing the WOW in Holland for
a second time.
